Angela Dainton BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy MSK
Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor | HCPC Registered
My name is Angela Dainton. I worked in the NHS for 5 years on graduating as a Physiotherapist in 1995. Since then I have worked in the Private Sector in Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinics. I worked in Australia for 5 years where I became proficient in treating a variety of Sports Injuries, working alongside Sports Physicians and the Northern Territory Institute of Sports (NTIS). I also worked alongside the Royal Flying Doctors, visiting remote Aboriginal communities.
It was whilst in Australia that I gained my qualifications in the treatment of Lymphoedema and Lipoedema. I helped to set up a Lymphoedema service in Alice Springs, Australia and this included raising awareness of both Lymphoedema and Lipoedema to local GP’s (this was done via a formal training module that counted towards their CPD).
I have also lectured and ran workshops for Nurses and Undergraduate and Post Graduate Doctors. My specialties include Musculo-skeletal and Sports Medicine, Clinical Pilates, Acupuncture and the Management of Lymphoedema.
My hobbies include cooking, swimming, tennis, golf and going to the gym. I have 2 children aged 25 and 21. I have 2 dogs and love to walk them each day in the park.
I am committed to keeping up to date with all aspects of Physiotherapy. I am also a Pilates Instructor.

Georgia Alice Greenhalgh BSc(Hons) Sports Rehabilitation MSK
Sports Rehabilitator | BASRaT Registered
I can help you get out of pain and get back to your work or sport quickly.
My qualifications enable me to help you with sporting injuries but also other aches and pains (back and neck, knee and shoulder pain).
I am friendly, approachable and understanding and will do anything to help you see results.
My main passions in life are helping other people, staying fit and enjoying time with my family and friends.
As a Sports Rehabilitator I work with people of all ages who require help recovering from injury or illnesses involving the musculoskeletal system. I focus on biomechanics, using movement-based therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and reduce difficulty moving and exercising.
I also use a variety of ‘hands on’ techniques to help you achieve your goals.
A little bit about me…
In the past I represented Bolton, Greater Manchester and the North of England in athletics long distance running events, including cross-county, fell running, road relays and track. As a young athlete I spent a fair amount of time with physios, and I saw the results.
I qualified from Salford university with a degree in Sport Rehabilitation in 2021.
I’ve worked with Wigan warriors’ rugby, Fylde women’s football and Stockport counties first team.
Although I have had a lot of experience in the sporting world, I have treated players ‘everyday aches and pains’ unrelated to sport but which are affecting their performance on the pitch. I can help you too.🙂

BANT & CNHC Registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist
Bee is a registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist specialising in gut
health. She works alongside the physiotherapy team to address the
underlying factors that can contribute to ongoing pain, fatigue and
chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia.
Food intolerances often develop because of this imbalance. Rather than
simply removing foods long-term, Bee focuses on identifying the root
causes and addressing them by restoring gut integrity, improving
digestive resilience, correcting nutritional deficiencies and reducing
overall inflammatory load so the body can tolerate more variety again.
If your gut feels reactive, your body feels inflamed, or your energy never
quite returns, a personalised nutritional approach may be an important
missing piece.
